Common Conditions

  • Travel expenses for on-site delivery are charged separately at cost.
  • Recommended maximum of 12 participants. For larger groups, we will propose a two-cohort arrangement.
  • Payment is by invoice (bank transfer). Instalment payment and credit cards are not accepted.
  • On-site delivery at your showroom or model room is available, including after-hours evening sessions.
  • Cancellation policy: Free rescheduling up to 7 business days before the session. 50% of the fee is charged from 6 business days to the day before; 100% on the day itself.
