OUR CAMPUS
Where will I be learning?
Campus in Odaiba, Tokyo
Our campus is situated in Odaiba, overlooking Tokyo Bay. It is a calm, focused environment designed for both lectures and hands-on practical training. The campus is approximately five minutes on foot from both Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station and Telecom Center Station on the Yurikamome Line, set within the refined waterfront precinct of Tokyo's seaside subcity.
Inside, the campus comprises a dedicated lecture room and a hands-on practice studio. We have designed the space to support deep concentration, with an atmosphere befitting our small-group format of no more than six students per class.
Campus visits are available by appointment only. We warmly invite prospective students to visit in person to experience the atmosphere and build a concrete picture of what learning here looks like. Visits can be arranged on weekdays (excluding class days on weekends), with a typical duration of around 30 minutes.

TRAINING EQUIPMENT
Hands-on Training Equipment
Hands-on Training Facilities
Butler skills are learnt through doing. We have equipped our training spaces for everything from table setting and tea service to garment care.

Table Setting Equipment
We provide full table setting equipment for learning formal and casual table coordination. Students work hands-on with cutlery placement, glassware arrangement, and napkin folding across a range of occasions.

Tea & Coffee Service Station
Our tea and coffee service station allows students to practise proper brewing techniques and the art of an elegant serve. The complete sequence — from temperature control to pouring and guest presentation — is trained in full.

Garment Care Studio
Students learn ironing, steamer operation, and fabric-specific care techniques in our garment care studio. The full range of butler garment management skills — from shirt finishing to suit maintenance — is covered.

Role-Playing Studio
Our role-playing studio recreates scenes from private residences and hotels for immersive scenario training. The instructor takes the role of the guest while students practise delivering butler service from start to finish.
Coming SoonGuest Reception & Welcoming Area
This area is dedicated to practising arrival procedures — welcoming guests at the entrance, receiving coats, and seeing guests out. Students learn the art of a first impression by moving through the actual service sequence.
Coming SoonWine & Beverage Service Station
We are preparing a specialist station for beverage service, covering proper wine opening and decanting, pouring technique, and the fundamentals of tasting. The station will also support instruction in related knowledge.
PRACTICE STUDIO
About the Practice Studio
Real-world Simulation Space
To make role-playing practice as effective as possible, we plan to conduct practical sessions in an environment that faithfully simulates scenes from private residences and hotels. The instructor takes the role of the guest while students deliver a complete sequence of butler service — building judgement and adaptability through realistic exercises.
We are continuing to develop the specific facilities and layout of the practice studio in preparation for opening. Full details will be announced on this page once confirmed.
* A suitable venue in central Tokyo is planned (details to be confirmed)
